Due to hygiene reasons all sales on lip gloss, lashes, glitters Etc, are FINAL!!! No Exchanges, No Returns, No Cancellation
If a item is damaged caused by the costumer, KhaoticDollz is not held responsible.
example: if a costumer tries to remove a lash from its packaging and it rips that is on the costumer, KhaoticDollz is not held responsible for damage or broken items that was caused by that costumer
Shipping time takes approximately 2-3 business days.
please make sure the address you provied is correct when you place a order.
Once items are taken to the post office it is out of KhaoticDollz hands
KhaoticDollz is not responsible for any lost items under USPS.
Once the package is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
If you're package is lost you will need to contact USPS (United States Postal Service).
If a package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

For sanitary all cosmetics are final sale.
